I bought this book to do my final project for a class. The book provides a thorough insight of leadership as well as group communication and teamwork through the story of a female CEO and her executives. I found it easier to understand the concepts through the story. However, the author also provides summary of the concepts and explains the model again at the end of the book. This helped me clarify the concepts I gained through reading the story and gave me more insight in depth about the model. This is a really great book that is concise and very insightful.
