Well, I'll save you some time, this is not a mystery. The perpetrator is revealed early on. I thought it would be a quirky mystery, with the protagonist being different than your average protagonist. This book quickly evolves into something different. It is more along the lines of coming of age, a boring one. The book is not bad, the writing is decent. The story line is just boring.
