I Love the book, a lot of good information, but if I had known that when they said it would arrive within a certain amount of days, regular shipping, they really meant another week or more later. Very disappointed cause I needed the book sooner than that and could have gotten it for about the same price at a local bookstore and wouldn't have had to pay for shipping costs.Get more detail about The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook.
