I had come to the conclusion that John Edwards was scum long before I read this book, but this really drove the point home. I made a donation to his campaign while this drama was well underway. He took my money when it should have clear this would spiral as it did. I call that stealing. And hope he's suffering. And the campaign that Elizabeth Edwards has been waging as the poor wife that he cheated on -- who ever believed that? She just wanted to be in the White House. She's psycho any way you look at it.
