A tired formulaic novel about current events.Characters and story lines are added to fatten the book as if a student is trying to satisfy the teachers requirement of 10 pages.Then it suddenly ends with a whimper.Read the books in the authors generous acknowledgements and skip this novel.I feel cheated.Get more detail about A Week in December.
